Conradi+Kaiser offers both young people excellent training conditions and long-standing employees interesting prospects for a successful career. Performance-related pay and additional insurance, for example in the case of illness, are a matter of course for us and contribute to the steady growth and stable development of our company. Short distances and a trusting exchange between the individual departments enable efficient and successful work.

Instead of focusing exclusively on recruitment, we focus on good training with prospects. At Conradi+Kaiser, we train industrial clerks, process mechanics, technical draughtsmen, media designers and numerous steel processing professions, among others. A special plus for our apprentices is the possibility of dual courses of study up to a Master’s degree.

One of the most important awards was presented to Conradi+Kaiser: “Der große Preis des Mittelstandes” (The grand prize of the small and medium sized businesses (SMB)). The most coveted business award recognises the high level of innovation in product development and the positive overall development in personnel and service. Another criterion is a high level of commitment to social issues in the region.
