Floor indicators (tactile guidance elements) are used to provide barrier-free orientation in public spaces. They enable blind and visually impaired individuals to navigate safely and independently in transport facilities, on squares, paths, stops and in public buildings. Guide strips indicate direction, while raised dots signal changes in direction or potential hazards. With Terrasoft floor indicators, pathways to playground equipment can now also be designed to be both visually and tactilely accessible. The elements are certified according to DIN EN 1176 and can be easily integrated into the installation layout.
